Basket Entertainment is a leading UGC gaming company based in San Francisco, specializing in Roblox games and overseeing multiple subsidiary companies.

We've got some new products in the works that go beyond our current digital entertainment line, and we're looking to add some talented professionals to our team who share our vision for the future.

Tadpole.so (https://www.tadpole.so) is one of our new products. It is a rapidly growing startup specializing in AWS optimization. We have already developed an MVP and acquired our first satisfied clients. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to take charge of expanding our client base, driving sales, and providing recommendations for product improvements based on user feedback.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for the continued growth and scaling of our product;
  • Systematically update the client database, manage cold outreach and hot leads (we already have proven workflows in place);
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners;
  • Conduct negotiations with potential clients and partners to grow the business (you will have the full support of the CEO and CTO);
  • Ensure efficient management of company resources and budget.
Requirements:
  • Experience in IT sales, preferably in the SaaS product domain;
  • A proven track record of launching and scaling products in the market;
  • Ability to think strategically and make well-informed decisions;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Understanding of AWS technologies is a plus.
