About the Team and Products:

We are looking for a Junior Developer to strengthen our team. Our WPF and MAUI component libraries features a powerful collection of Office-inspired user interface components, including a blazing-fast Data Grid, an Excel-inspired Spreadsheet, a Word-inspired Rich Text Editor, and an Outlook-inspired Scheduler and much more.

We are a closely-knit international community of talented programmers, designers, technical writers, support engineers, and editors – everyone essential for creating high-quality software products.

How We Work:

We prioritize code quality, extensive test coverage, and a thoughtful approach to API design throughout the development cycle to ensure the security, quality, and reliability of our products. To achieve these goals, we employ widely accepted programming practices such as Test-Driven Development (TDD), pair programming, and code reviews. We provide regular feedback and share knowledge to help everyone grow and enhance our software.

Our team takes full ownership of our products and shapes their future – from business requirement analysis with product managers to development, documentation, and ongoing support tasks.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of commercial application development experience on .NET.
• Strong knowledge of .NET and C#.
• Understanding of at least one of XAML-based platforms (WPF,UWP, WinUI, AvaloniaUI, Xamarin.Forms, MAUI).
• Proficiency with development tools such as Visual Studio or Rider, and git.
• Good code reading and debugging skills.
• Understanding of testing approaches.
• Remote work experience.

Nice to have:

• Experience with the MVVM pattern.
• Experience developing custom components and theming.
• Profiling performance and memory management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and work with existing code, evaluating the complexity and risks of fixes and solutions.
• Develop small to medium-sized features and address bug fixes.
• Design and implement features with high quality.
• Collaborate effectively with a small team, contributing to visible projects.
• Utilize deep knowledge of WPF for designing and implementing solutions.
