Your Mission as a CEO

• Lead with Vision. Oversee all aspects of company operations, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence;
• Optimize and Expand. Streamline internal processes, identify new growth opportunities, and expand our reach into new markets;
• Build Strong Relationships. Cultivate strong partnerships with key stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction;
• Lead and Inspire. Motivate and empower our talented team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Your Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in executive leadership roles;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in microfinance/banking (loans) organizations;
• Excellent English and Russian communication skills;
• Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills;
• Decisive and confident leadership style;
• Deep understanding of business processes and FinTech technologies;
• Passion for innovation and driving positive change.
