– Lead a team of storyboarders and animatic specialists across 10+ animation projects

– Collaborate closely with producers and project leads

– Build and optimize team workflows

– Bring producers' vision to life through storyboards and animatics

– Oversee deadlines, support, and train team members

➡️➡️ Requirements:

– Advanced skills in storyboard and animatic creation

– In-depth knowledge of storyboard and animatic software

– Experience with 2D animation projects and solid understanding of 2D animation principles

– Ability to establish and adapt team workflows

– Experience in team training and development (or willingness and ability to learn quickly)

– Leadership experience is a plus

– Fluent in both Russian and English
