Head of Country Management
FindIT is a trusted partner in building an IT team for a company developing its own B2C/B2B platform in the iGaming industry.
Our client aims to attract the best professionals in the market to create a top-tier product in the platform segment.
This international company develops high-load systems and online services for the creation, launch, and management of online casinos, including crypto-casinos, as well as solutions for betting companies and game developers. They offer their own localization program, 24/7 technical support, and a player acquisition program.
We are currently looking for a Head of Country Management.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for entering and developing various regional markets.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities in each region.

Adapt the company's products and services to the specifics and requirements of local markets.

Identify priority regions for expansion and develop geo development plans.

Search for, evaluate, and attract regional partners and contractors to support operational activities in the regions.

Establish and maintain long-term relationships with partners and contractors.

Negotiate terms of cooperation, including commercial terms and Service Level Agreements (SLA).

Control and evaluate the effectiveness of partners and contractors, implement measures to improve their performance.

Recruit and onboard country managers for all geos where the brand is or will be represented.

Manage and coordinate the work of country managers responsible for specific regions.

Set goals, monitor their execution, and evaluate the performance of regional teams.

Train and develop country managers, ensure the exchange of best practices between regions.

Develop and implement marketing campaigns targeted at regional audiences.

Collaborate with local media, advertising platforms, and influencers.

Manage the marketing activities budget in the regions.

Ensure the company's activities comply with local legal requirements and regulations in the gambling sector in all regions.

Interact with regulatory bodies and legal consultants in different jurisdictions.

Coordinate with marketing, product development, legal departments, and other divisions to ensure coordinated actions.

Provide product feedback and suggestions for improvement, taking into account the specifics of each region.

Prepare regular reports on performance in the regions.

Analyze key indicators by region and make proposals to optimize the strategy.

Use analytical data to make informed decisions on resource allocation.
Requirements:

Higher education in business, marketing, international relations, or related fields is a plus.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing regional operations or international business development, preferably in the online casino or gambling industry.

Experience in successfully launching a product in multiple regional markets.

Experience in leading multinational teams.

Deep understanding of the characteristics of various regional markets, cultures, and consumer preferences.

Knowledge of local legislation and regulations in the gambling sector in key regions.

Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies at the international level.

Skills in searching for and managing regional partners and contractors.

Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Ability to effectively manage a multinational team and projects.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Experience in motivating and developing employees from different cultural backgrounds.

Fluent English proficiency (level C1 or higher).

Knowledge of additional languages (depending on the regions of operation) will be an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and analytical tools.

Experience working with CRM systems, marketing platforms, and project management tools.
