Senior Technical Recruiter
Termius is a modern SSH client designed for productivity and collaboration.
It has more than 500,000 users and is used by many prominent companies worldwide. Termius is a seed-stage startup that reached profitability, and now, with the revenue we earn, we want to expand the team.We are looking for a new person who will help us grow our team with hand picked talent. Termius is not your typical hire fast startup.
We take our time to ensure we hire the right people. Our hiring process has been crafted to strengthen the current team with each new addition. It involves a comprehensive search and assessment process, including a probation period.
The hiring team is working closely to ensure we get the right people.
-Your role in the team will be to source new talent from multiple sources, such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Telegram, etc, and interview the candidates so only the relevant ones proceed to the next stages.
We use Lever and BambooHR to keep our records, and we expect new team members to keep them up-to-date daily.
This is a remote position. We are open to cooperation with candidates within the time zones GMT+4 - GMT +13
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing: To source and identify potential candidates and utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Talent Pipeline: Maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs and keep candidates engaged through regular communication.
Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their team's requirements and collaborate on defining job descriptions and specifications.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and other evaluations with candidates and interview panels.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in recruiting Software Engineers.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Interviewing and assessment skills.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- High level of discipline (we have meetings 4-6pm New Zealand time)
- Proficiency in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
