Client Development Specialist
ABOUT THIS JOB
Client Development Executive (Minsk, Belarus) is an individual that will drive sales and renewals for existing accounts in own scope and potential customers, securing a sales pipeline, developing new revenue opportunities and maintaining customer relationships for both existing and new accounts.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively develop client relationships and understand clients' business and information needs
- Recognize potential revenue opportunities with clients and lead your team to drive sales
- Maintain both external and internal business correspondence (communications, proposals, contracts, etc.)
- Negotiate and close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of NielsenIQ solutions as well as current market conditions
- Approach potential new customers, present to them, ultimately convert whitespaces into clients and grow business with them
- Maintain a client service orientation by managing day-to-day administration of client service activities and coordinating of assigned projects analysis and reporting
- Participate in other internal and external activities as part NielsenIQ Belarus Commercial team
QUALIFICATIONS
- Higher education with a degree preferable in Economics, Marketing, Business or similar
- 2+ years of experience in FMCG, distributor, retailer or marketing and/or research agency
- Well-developed commercial skills (presenting / negotiating / communicating)
- A commercial drive with self-starting and self-motivating skills
- Good track record in previous analytical and/or sales roles
- Strong logic, deductive reasoning, problem solving and critical thinking skills
- English from upper-intermediate
