We provide a full range of marketing services for e-commerce - from market research and consulting to BTL.
We are currently looking for an APAC Sales/Key Account Manager to join our team, whose main tasks are to sell our products to different B2B clients in the FinTech Markets of South-East Asia and provide onboarding and support to them.
What is to be done:
- To acquire targeted business clients by actively optimizing pipelines and sourcing new leads until they are engaged;
- To maintain relationships and provide ongoing account support to existing clients;
- To conduct market research (analyze competition landscape, the efficiency of sales strategies, etc.);
- To achieve forecasted sales and retention goals;
- To conducting cross-sale and up-sale;
- To notify clients of unforeseen delays or other complications, and facilitate suitable interventions;
- To attend and represent the Company at local and national exhibitions and meetings.
Our expectations from the candidate:
- Knowledge of payment specifics for PSP and FinTech industry in South-East Asia;
- 3+ years experience in the payment industry (KAM/Sales);
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Proficiency in office software, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Express.
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Great organizational and time-management skills.
- English and a local Asian language are not lower than Upper-Intermediate (an additional foreign language will be an advantage).
