CIS Business Development Manager for FinTech

MoonExpert is a payment system with a robust online banking infrastructure suitable for most online businesses. A guide to the world of e-commerce and consulting.

We provide a full range of marketing services for e-commerce - from market research and consulting to BTL.

We are currently looking for a novice specialist to accompany and support our partners/clients.

What is to be done:

• Development and support of long-term partner relationships, chat communication, and prompt answers to customer questions;
• Onboarding new clients;
• Product team support;
• Market and competitor analysis;
• Managing the customer acquisition process: from the initial contact to the final conclusion of the transaction.

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Experience in online sales/customer support;
• Higher or incomplete higher education;
• The desire to develop in the direction of business development/sales;
• Interest in Fintech/IT market;
• English B1 or higher (will be an advantage).
