MLOps Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned MLOps Engineer who can design, implement, and deploy scalable AI/ML pipelines for our chatbot and RAG system applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with cloud-based infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure), containerization (e.g., Docker), orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes), and monitoring systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana or equivalent).

As an MLOps Engineer, you will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration of AI/ML models into our production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and deploy scalable AI/ML pipelines for chatbot and RAG system applications using cloud-based infrastructure
• Develop and maintain containerized environments (e.g., Docker) for AI/ML model training, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate with data scientists to integrate AI/ML models into our production environment using orchestration tools like Kubernetes
• Ensure high-performance, reliability, and maintainability of AI/ML solutions through monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana or equivalent)
• Work closely with DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration of AI/ML solutions into our CI/CD pipeline
• Develop and maintain expertise in MLOps tools and frameworks like MLflow, TensorFlow Extended (TFX), or AWS SageMaker
• Participate in code reviews, provide technical guidance, and contribute to the growth of our AI/ML engineering practice

Desired Qualifications:

Required:

• 5+ years of experience in MLOps, DevOps, or related fields
• Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and deploying scalable AI/ML pipelines using cloud-based infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
• Experience working with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration systems like Kubernetes
• Strong understanding of monitoring systems like Prometheus and Grafana

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git and Agile development methodologies
• Certification in cloud-based infrastructure (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer) or containerization (e.g., Docker Certified Associate)
