Full Stack Developer (Node.js+React)

The IT company Andersen invites an experienced Full Stack Developer (Node.js+React) to join its team to work on a large Artificial Intelligence project.

The customer is a dynamic company passionate about using responsible artificial intelligence and real-time market data to help enterprises hire, retain, and develop their employees.

The project is a talent management platform for enterprises and public agencies, which enables them to easily assess the knowledge, qualifications, and skills of their employees with the help of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and building scalable frontend and backend systems using Node.js and React, ensuring reliability, security, and performance.
• Implementing distributed microservices for a SaaS platform, supporting seamless user and backend interactions.
• Ensuring high code quality through design patterns, code optimization, testing, and thorough reviews.
• Collaborating with the product team to align technical solutions with business and user experience goals.
• Monitoring, measuring, and optimizing application performance, addressing bottlenecks proactively.
• Solving complex challenges with innovative solutions and leveraging emerging technologies to drive platform growth.

Must-haves:

• Experience designing, developing and maintaining systems using NodeJS for 4+ years.
• Experience using React for 2+ years.
• Experience in building distributed systems and SaaS microservices architecture.
• Solid understanding of design patterns, code optimization, and best practices in software engineering is crucial for maintaining high standards in code quality and performance.
• Experience working with CI/CD and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.

Nice-to-haves:

• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent degree.
