Backend Developer (Node.js)

Andersen, an international IT company, invites a Backend Developer (Node.js) to work on the project for our German partner.

The customer is a world-renowned German manufacturer of equipment, materials and systems used in dental technology. The company has more than 125 years of experience and an excellent reputation in the dental industry. It currently operates in more than 100 countries, and its name stands for innovative and high-quality products.

The project involves implementing a solution using Azure AD B2C, that will centralize authentication across multiple portals, reducing complexity and enhancing security.

Responsibilities:

• Implementing Proxy/Back-end service for Custom authentication logic.
• Supporting the team in integration of different portals with an IdP service.
• Implementing new features and new functionality for the new web portals.
• Designing and maintaining server-side logic, ensuring the system's stability and scalability. - Creating and integrating APIs, enabling seamless communication between different system components.
• Troubleshooting, involving software debugging / upgrading process.
• Participating in the design and redesign of system architecture to improve overall functionality.
• Working in an Agile environment.
• Utilizing good design practices, code reuse and writing efficient source code.

Must-haves:

• Experience with Node.js from 4+ years.
• Experience with Azure services like Azure Cloud platform, Azure Static Web Apps, Azure Container Apps, Azure Blob Storage.
• Experience in creating and integrating APIs for seamless communication between system components.
• Experience with ESLint;
• Experience with TypeScript.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Nice-to-haves:

• Knowledge of Fastify.
• Familiarity with Azure SDK;
• Knowledge of Azure AD B2C.
