APS is a Payment Service Provider (PSP) offering product and software solutions built on the Stellar Blockchain Open Network. APS provides turnkey payment services tailored for businesses of all sizes.

Integration Manager Key Goals

The key goal for the Integration Manager is to ensure the smooth and efficient integration of merchants into the Payment Service Provider Gateway. This involves working closely with account management, operations support, and development teams. Reporting to the Head of Operations and Integration Support.

Integration Manager Functions:

  • Be responsible for the end-to-end merchant integration process.

  • Register new merchants and connect payment methods.

  • Prepare and provide integration documentation to merchants.

  • Educate merchants on API workflows and payment methods.

  • Supervise the merchant integration process, providing consulting and troubleshooting assistance.

  • Assist in the continuous improvement of API and documentation based on merchant feedback and personal experience managing the integration process.

  • Provide post-launch support for merchants in production for all integration-related issues and inquiries.

  • Manage effective communication with all key stakeholders involved in the integration process.

  • Explore in depth the product solutions and payment methods offered by the company to be able to provide expert advice to the merchants.

  • Provide daily reporting on integration progress.

Integration Manager – Required Experience and Background

  • Solid technical background with hands-on experience in payment systems and methods (e.g., HTTP, API, host-to-host, web integrations, JWT, Different kind of authorizations).

  • In-depth knowledge of the payment industry, including various payment systems, gateways, and integrated solutions.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a sharp attention to detail.

  • Highly analytical with excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Efficient team player with demonstrated leadership abilities.

  • Confident communicator, capable of expressing ideas clearly in both speech and writing.

  • Advanced level of English, both spoken and written would be considered an advantage. While upper-intermediate is a minimum requirement.
