Check serialization related information for receipts in SAP/1C for all incoming invoices.
Approval of shipment of cargo from partners (production sites) for serialization related information
Labeling of drugs in the customs control zone and controlling of the process
Control and approval of invoices from the Track&Trace (Serialization) process automation system and warehouse partner for payment and maintenance of aggregated statistics
Participate in the working group with MOH and work closely with executive authorities, the operator or relevant systems and industry representatives, experiment on labeling dietary supplements with identification means (DataMatrix codes);
Maintaining a positive balance on accounts in the state ISMPT/TURON system for proper payment
Regularly interact with the teams of the Employer’s production sites (own sites (India) and contract manufacturing) and partner factories.
Interact with the Kazakh divisions of the Employer responsible for warehousing, customs clearance and logistics to manage the supply of labeled products on a daily basis;
Ensure that all manufactured drugs in the Employer’s portfolio comply with country requirements for labeling and traceability of medicinal products within the time limits established by law.

Interact with the regulatory department in order to make timely changes regarding the labeling (serialization) of drugs.

Control shipments of labeled goods in the MDLP and GIS MT systems, interact with distributors according to the shipment model through the MDLP and GIS MT systems.

Fulfill the assigned tasks/goals (KPI) for putting into circulation and selling series that arrived in country
Comply with safety labor and occupational safety requirements.
Comply with the requirements of country and international legislation applicable in the territory of the Kazakhstan related to the Company’s activities
Comply with the Company’s local regulations, including the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics

Required knowledge and skills:
- Knowledge of legislative acts and regulations in the field of circulation of medicines, according to the customs legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Knowledge of Serialization (Track & Trace) regulations in Kazakhstan
- Knowledge of current Good Practice regulations.
- Knowledge of storage and distribution requirements for medical products.
- Knowledge of information processing methods using modern technical means.
- Computer literacy at the PC user level.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education: Higher education Pharmacy
Practical work experience: 1-3 years of experience in the labeling field in Pharmacy Industry
Level of knowledge of English – Upper Intermediate.
