We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced PSP (Payment Service Provider) Manager to join our dynamic financial services team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in the financial industry and will be responsible for identifying and securing new card processing providers and alternative payment methods. This role demands an individual who can effectively negotiate merchant contracts, attend international fairs and conferences, and stay ahead of industry trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Evaluate Providers: Research, identify, and assess new card processing providers and alternative payment solutions to ensure the company remains competitive in the market;
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with merchants and payment service providers to secure favorable terms and conditions;
  • Industry Networking: Attend international fairs, conferences, and other industry events to network with potential partners, stay informed about new technologies, and represent the company;
  • Merchant Account Management: oversee the process of opening and maintaining merchant accounts, ensure smooth and efficient onboarding of new merchants;
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure all payment solutions comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards, focusing on security and fraud prevention;
  • Market Analysis: Conduct ongoing market analysis to identify trends, emerging technologies, and opportunities for growth;
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with payment providers, merchants, and other key stakeholders;
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on payment processing performance, provider comparisons, and cost-benefit analyses.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial services company, with specific experience in Forex brokerage highly preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CFE, CPA) is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to travel internationally.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of payment processing systems, card schemes, and alternative payment methods. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in the financial industry.
  • Technological Proficiency: Comfortable with financial software and tools, including CRM systems and payment gateways.

Плюсы: офис на Кипре и базовый набор бенефитов, который есть у любой ит-компании на Кипре (у большинства - гораздо больше). Зарплата в рынке, иногда чуть выше рынка.
Что можно улучшить
Минусы: владелец компании занимается микроменеджментом, хотя явно испытывает недостаток экспертизы в тех областях в которых участвует. Как правило это очень дезориентирует и мешает рабочим процессам.
