Sales support manager/менеджер по поддержке продаж
Responsibilities:
Responsible of product route to market. Distributor deals, relations and efficiency;
Responsible of field teams (SR and Merch) route to market. Routes, visits, strike rate development and efficiency;
Guiding regional and KAM teams with centralized approach, standardizing work among country;
Finding gaps and opportunities at the market to develop sales, guiding and achieving results together with sales teams. Developing region and channel based plans;
Planning, executing and tracking company inventory and POSM materials. Managing warehousing and distribution of materials such as displays, coolers, on-trade materials etc;
Working in coordination with Supply Chain and Finance departments to increase operational efficiency (logistics, discounts, customer service standards);
Creating processes, tracking, reporting and taking actions for return and write-off management;
Following and tracking customer debts in coordination with sales teams and finance departments;
Managing, coaching and developing back office team (4 staff).
Requirements:
Intermediate understanding of rout to market, sales systematizations, beer market trends, inventory management and business strategy preferred;
Bachelor degree;
Strong analytical and management skills;
Field sales experience will be a plus;
High level of Excel knowledge;
Intermediate English level or above;
6+ years relevant experience in FMCG required.
