Corporate lawyer

Duties:

-Participation in ensuring the legality of the activities of the company and its structural divisions and their officials;
-Preparation of legal opinions on financed projects and assistance in execution of leasing transactions;
-Participation in improvement of legal culture of the company's employees and its structural subdivisions;
-Organization of work to ensure by legal means the safety of the company's property and its structural subdivisions;
-Participation in contractual, legal and claim work in the company;
-Protection of property and other interests of the company in courts and other departments;

Requirements:

-Higher legal education;
-At least 5 years of work experience in a similar position in a bank/leasing;
-Fluency in Russian, Uzbek, English is a priority.
-Knowledge of civil, administrative, labor, financial and other branches of legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
