Junior Lawyer
Group-IB’s Digital Crime Resistance Centers (DCRCs) are located in the Middle East, Europe, Central Asia, and Asia-Pacific to help critically analyze and promptly mitigate regional and country-specific threats. These mission-critical units help Group-IB strengthen its contribution to global cybercrime prevention and continually expand its threat-hunting capabilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Take the lead in drafting, analyzing, and reviewing civil law contracts, including labor-related and service agreements.
- Share your expertise by advising colleagues on their contractual obligations.
- Collaborate and engage with exciting projects within the dynamic legal department.
- Craft insightful legal opinions and recommendations to support the team.
- Stay ahead of the curve by reviewing changes in legislation and assessing how they impact company.
- Keep Group-IB's legal documentation organized and up-to-date, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
This Role is Perfect for You If:
- You have a solid command of English at a B2 level.
- You hold a higher legal education degree.
- You have experience in civil law, especially in contract drafting—this is a plus, but we welcome all candidates!
- Your analytical skills are sharp, and you have a keen eye for detail.
- You enjoy teamwork and can effectively interact with various departments.
- You possess strong communication skills and have a knack for negotiation.
- You are comfortable using PC and office software.
