Responsibilities:

• Ensure quality control of production services distributed across more than 10 data centers;
• Configure and monitor automated checks;
• Identify the type of problem, resolve it, or escalate to colleagues;
• Be on-call during non-working hours for prompt incident response.

Our requirements:

• Strong knowledge of modern network protocols and client-server interaction principles;
• Experience with cloud IaaS: GCP, AWS, Azure, etc.;
• Analytical mindset;
• Developed logical thinking;
• Experience with version control tools.

Desirable (will be a plus):

• Experience with monitoring tools: Grafana, ELK, Prometheus, Zabbix;
• Knowledge of scripting programming languages.
