Project Services Specialist

Employment conditions:

• Position: Project Services Specialist
• Start date: ASAP
• Location: Karabatan
• Working schedule: 14/14 rotation (11 hours per day + 1 unpaid lunch hour)
• Contract duration: temporary, for the duration of the project (till December with possibility of extension or transfer to other projects)
• Accommodation: provided in Karabatan

Requirements:

Professional:

• Education: bachelor’s degree
• Experience – at least 1 year as Timekeeper or HR specialist
• Excellent knowledge of Excel, including advanced functions and formulas
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge on Labor Law
• Knowledge of English at least Intermediate level

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities of candidate:

• Collaborate with Clients to review and obtain approval for timesheets.
• Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant timekeeping information.
• Resolve discrepancies in time records and address employee inquiries related to timekeeping.
• Act as the focal point for both the Client and employees, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
• Obtain necessary signatures for HR documents such as orders and employment agreements.
• Provide consultations to employees on HR matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Perform other administrative tasks as required.
