Experienced SEO and Google Ads Specialist

For the company’s next step in its development, we are seeking someone who has excellent analytical skills and deep SEO knowledge to help drive our organic growth. We want you to be a long-term part of our lean, remote, international team.
We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team for the long term.

What You Will Do:
- SEO: Contributing first and foremost to assisting us to implement effective short- - and long-term SEO activities to improve our organic growth.
- Analyze and Report: Use analytics tools to track performance and provide insights for daily improvement.
- Manage Google Ads Campaigns: Create, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive quality traffic and conversions.
- Collaborate with Team: Work closely with our content, design, and development team to ensure quick implementation.
- Review: Provide a daily review of our key organic search indicators and adjust activities quickly.
- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date on the latest SEO and SEM trends and best practices.
- Find new Digital Channels. Identify other digital marketing channels, such as new SMM and industry-specific forums, to increase our search engine growth.

What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 3+ years of practical experience in SEO and Google Ads management.
- Skills: Proficient with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc. Work experience with a SaaS is a plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions daily.
- Report: Excellent knowledge and experience of setting up and working with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs and other required reporting.
- Passion: A genuine interest in SEO optimization and Digital Marketing overall.
- English: Excellent Skills/ Native.
