Direct Procurement Specialist

Tasks:

- Procurement strategy delivery
- Markets and prices analysis
- Suppliers identification, negotiation, selection
- Suppliers due diligence
- Suppliers relationship and performance management
- Supply security and resilence
- RFI and RFP
- Contract management
- Masterdata management
- Payment's control
- Costs savings & cost avoidance
- Budgeting

Main categories:

- Raw materials
- Package
- POSm materials
- Transport and customs services
- External warehouse services

Optional categories:

- Equipment and tooling for manufacturing

Your Profile:

- Relevant procurement experience of 3+ years, preferably in international companies
- Fluent English
- Understanding of business correspondence rules
- Negotiation skills (including foreign partners)
- Knowledge of Incoterms, foreign trade activities, customs formalities process
- Understanding of primary accounting document flow
- Skills in preparing presentations for management
- Knowledge of principles of competitive procurement procedures organization
- Knowledge of the basics of financial management and the impact of procurement on the company’s financial results
- Knowledge of 1C ERP
- Knowledge of the market for chemical raw materials and cardboard packaging as an advantage
