Your role as a Project Manager

We are on the lookout for a Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape our project management processes, overcome challenges with creative solutions, and ensure our work exceeds client expectations. Your Responsibilities

• Manage projects of varying complexity from evaluation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and at a high-quality standard.

• Analyze team workloads, create realistic plans and schedules, and keep them updated throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure transparency and accessibility of timeline information for both clients and the team.

• Actively participate in developing and implementing project management standards aimed at optimizing current processes.

• Effectively interact with clients: manage expectations, resolve issues, and maintain a high level of satisfaction.

• Transform client requests into clear and detailed technical briefs for the team.

• Analyze and mitigate risks related to delays, resource overuse, or other deviations.

Our Expectations

• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the 3D visualization, creative, or tech industries.

• Strong skills in systematic planning and resource management.

• English proficiency at a level no lower than C1.

• Ability to solve complex problems, propose improvements, and take responsibility for results.

• Experience with project management tools (Trello, Monday, Pipedrive, etc.) is a plus.
