SEO Strategist (freelance)

We’re on the lookout for a skilled SEO Strategist to help us enhance our online presence and drive traffic to our cutting-edge projects:

• MeshLib: An open-source 3D geometry library for creating advanced 3D applications using C++ and Python.
• MeshInspector: Versatile software for mesh repair, 3D scan transformations, and CAD/Scan quality inspections, applicable in 3D printing, GIS & BIM, and more.

Your Role:

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to boost website traffic and improve search engine rankings using ethical techniques.
• Conducted comprehensive keyword research and link building, and applied on-page and off-page SEO techniques with SEMrush.
• Analyze and optimize website content to adhere to SEO best practices.
• Create detailed SEO content briefs for writers.
• Collaborate with the product marketing team to ensure SEO best practices are integrated.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a technical SEO specialist or in a similar role within high-tech, B2B software sales, agency, or PLG business models.
• Understanding of WordPress architecture.
• In-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, search algorithms, and ranking methods.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Google Search Console (GSC), Google Analytics (GA4), and Bing Webmaster Tools.
• English (B2+) and Russian, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of relevant SEO experience, including strategy, execution, and analysis.
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, AHrefs, etc.
• Availability in the CET time zone.
• Comfortable working in a fully distributed team.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Budget and Workload:

• Rate: $10-20 per hour.
• Workload: Approximately 20 hours per week.
