Global Project Manager (Executive)

In 2018, a group of resolute experts left their careers at international companies to create our first product, a pioneering company that focuses on driving innovation in alternative smoking systems. Supported by an in-house R&D team and extensive global infrastructure, we introduced a range of unique products across key commercial segments. The company was established as an international business from the beginning: product design and development were conducted in the US, production sites were located in China and the first sales took off in the US and CIS markets.

And now, we're expanding our portfolio and looking for talented Project Manager.

This position reports directly to CEO.

Duties:

Managing the full cycle of product development.

Turnkey project management from scratch to mass production.

Close collaboration with CEO in creating a product vision and the future of our technologies.

Determining/detailing JTBD for each product.

Continuous improvement of internal procedures and external suppliers.

Working closely with internal and external project offices.

Maintaining internal and external technical documentation.

Maintenance of our core competences and technical expertise.

Close cooperation with Sales / Marketing / R&D for evaluation of feedback from customers.

Requirements:

5+ years experience as a product / project manager / owner with understanding of full cycle product development: from design to mass production.

Experience in close to FMCG and Tech environment: fast and clear decisions, continuously developing products.

Able and ready for frequent travel to China.
