Due to the company’s growth, we’re currently looking for an Sales Teamleader to join our fast-growing team!

What you'll do:

Team Management: Coordinate the work of a team of 10 employees. Set goals, delegate tasks, and ensure their timely execution. Monitor the team’s and individual employees’ KPIs on a daily basis.

Training and Development: Conduct training sessions and workshops on effective sales techniques, customer communication, and handling objections. Support employees during the onboarding process and foster their professional development.

Motivation: Develop and implement motivational systems, including bonus programs, internal competitions, and development initiatives.

Sales: Actively participate in closing deals and ensure sales targets are met. Oversee the availability and occupancy rates of apartments.

Analytics and Reporting: Analyze the Dubai rental property market, competitors, and demand trends. Prepare regular performance reports for senior management.

What we expect from you: ​​​​​​

• At least three (3) years of professional sales;

• Upper-intermediate level of English and Russian;
• Flexible, ready for dynamics and changes.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close;
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
