(Some Of) What You Will Be Doing:

  • Strategic Campaign Development: Develop and execute comprehensive UA campaigns aligned with established KPIs and business objectives.
  • Tool Management: Oversee and manage advertising tools such as Google Ads, TikTok, and Facebook to ensure optimal campaign performance.
  • Budget Allocation and Optimization: Allocate advertising budgets effectively to maximize return on investment, ensuring cost-efficiency through meticulous planning and analysis.
  • Performance Analysis: Rigorously analyze campaign performance using advanced tools and analytics platforms, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for refinement.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with different teams to optimize campaign results, driving measurable increases in conversion rates.
  • Reporting and Recommendations: Generate concise and informative reports on campaign performance, providing insightful data analysis and actionable recommendations for optimization.
  • Automation and Efficiency: Leverage automation tools and scripts to streamline campaign management processes, enhance operational efficiency, and maintain flexibility in a dynamic competitive landscape.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other teams to establish alignment on KPIs, ensuring holistic campaign performance with an emphasis on metrics like CAC, GMV, etc.

Attitude matters most but do you have any of these?

  • Experience in manually running and optimizing search campaigns in Google Ads, Meta, Yandex Direct or Snapchat
  • Utilizing data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Proficiency with Excel or Tableau/Power BI/Google Data Studio (data manipulation, basic formulas, making charts, pivot tables, and analyzing data)
  • Ability and understanding of how to scale advertising campaigns
  • Ability to draw up technical requirements for analysts to automate the reports you need
  • Experience in presenting the outcomes of advertising campaigns to internal or external clients.
  • Upper-intermediate English
