Etsy Marketplace Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Etsy Marketplace Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance our presence on Etsy, drive sales, and optimize our shop’s performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize our Etsy shop, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that can drive product development and promotional strategies.
• Collaborate with our creative team to ensure high-quality product photography and descriptions that engage customers.
• Utilize Etsy’s analytics tools to track shop performance and generate reports on sales, traffic sources, and customer behavior.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies, including SEO optimization, social media promotion, and email marketing, to drive traffic to our Etsy shop.
• Respond to customer inquiries and feedback promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor competitors and industry trends to ensure we remain competitive.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing an Etsy shop or in a similar e-commerce role.
• Strong understanding of Etsy’s platform, policies, and best practices.
• Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing, and analytics tools.
• English level B2 and above.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
