Human Lab is looking for a Business Analyst to join the project team (hiring to the client’s staff).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and product owners to understand product requirements.
• Gather and document client requirements, create user stories, wireframes, and workflow diagrams for stakeholder approval.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation in Confluence, including detailed descriptions of business processes and systems.
• Prepare technical specifications for developers and translate business needs into clear development tasks.
• Assist in creating user documentation for newly delivered projects and modules.
• Participate in QA testing and provide clear and detailed instructions to testers.
• Work closely with the CTO and other key stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed on time and with high quality.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience working in a depository, with knowledge of capital markets.
• Experience with post-trade operations and a clear understanding of settlement and clearing processes.
• Strong skills in writing technical documentation, including detailed process and system descriptions, and creating workflow diagrams.
• Experience working with Confluence.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing environments, and grasp new concepts rapidly.
• Knowledge of Figma is a plus.
• English proficiency at B2 or higher.
