IFRS controller, Finance Department

Role and Responsibilities:

Monthly and annual management reporting, including:

• work on the transformation of accounting data from local accounting standards to IFRS.
• IFRS revenue accounting
• reconciliation of the data between local accounting and management accounting
• financial reporting in the management accounting system
• analysis of financial indicators
• Provides shareholders with comparable and reliable financial information

Participates in preparation of ad hock management reports.

Maintenance and documentation of management accounting procedures & policies

Annual budgeting and forecasting process

Participation in annual external and internal audits.

Participation in other financial projects.

To fill the role the candidate is expected to meet the following requirements:

Minimum 4+ years of accounting experience

Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, main IFRS concepts

Bachelors or master’s qualifications in Finance, Economics, Accounting

Working knowledge of accounting systems (1C), experience in SAP system will be a plus

Experience in budgeting, IFRS transformation and preparation of financial statements

Intermediate to advanced computer software skills, including Excel and other accounting packages

Professional accounting qualification will be a plus

Strong analytical skills, self-directed, team-oriented

At least intermediate English

Good written and verbal communication skills

Ability to form strong relationships with internal stakeholders

Excellent organization and administration skills

Energetic and motivated personality with multi-tasking experience
