Company: A global leader in the FMCG industry, known for innovation and sustainable growth across international markets. The company focuses on brand development and high standards of corporate responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive brand strategies that support the company’s objectives.
- Conduct detailed market analysis and consumer research to guide brand positioning and decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure a consistent and strong brand presence in the market.
- Oversee the creation of advertising campaigns, promotional materials, and brand communications.
- Monitor and evaluate brand performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize strategy.
- Ensure all branding activities stay within budget and deliver value.
- Spearhead the successful launch of new products or services, ensuring strong market entry.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in marketing or sales, with 3+ years in a leadership role focused on brand management.
- Proven expertise in developing and executing brand management strategies and overseeing large-scale marketing initiatives.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English and Russian, with Uzbek preferred.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
