Brand Manager (FMCG)

Company: A global leader in the FMCG industry, known for innovation and sustainable growth across international markets. The company focuses on brand development and high standards of corporate responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive brand strategies that support the company’s objectives.
• Conduct detailed market analysis and consumer research to guide brand positioning and decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure a consistent and strong brand presence in the market.
• Oversee the creation of advertising campaigns, promotional materials, and brand communications.
• Monitor and evaluate brand performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize strategy.
• Ensure all branding activities stay within budget and deliver value.
• Spearhead the successful launch of new products or services, ensuring strong market entry.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in marketing or sales, with 3+ years in a leadership role focused on brand management.
• Proven expertise in developing and executing brand management strategies and overseeing large-scale marketing initiatives.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English and Russian, with Uzbek preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
