Sales Manager (HVAC)
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive the sales of HVAC equipment across Uzbekistan. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of the entire sales process, excelling in lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing. This role will focus on developing sales objectives and annual sales plans, aiming to meet and exceed targets for existing and new products.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, partners, and customers for sales of all HVAC products.
- Drive aggressive relationship-building campaigns with consultants, installers, general contractors, and developers to increase coverage and winning ratio for commercial & VRF AC products.
- Identify the needs of dealers, contractors, and customers, providing support through sales, technical, and service training, as well as logistics support.
- Generate leads and foster strong client relationships to boost sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness in the Uzbekistan market.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 5-8 years in HVAC sales, preferably with experience in selling commercial and VRF AC products.
- Languages: Intermediate English is required, proficiency in Russian and Uzbek is essential. Turkish is a plus but not mandatory.
- Internal Relationships: Sales team, Engineering team, Finance team, Commercial & Logistics team.
- External Relationships: Clients, dealers, distributors, contractors, designers, local suppliers of HVAC and ancillary products.
