Technical Service Support Engineer (GPON or L2/L3 switches)

Responsible for supporting GPON (OLT, ONU), L2/L3 switches data configuration, troubleshooting (7*24 emergency fault response);
- Complete other related work arranged by the department.
- Bachelor degree or above in Communication Engineering, Computer Science or related major;

CISCO CCNA certificate (preferably);

Good at English and Russian;

Have technical support service experience, GPON, access network are preferred;

Familiar with the basic principles of network communication protocols, such as: IPV4, IPV6, TCP/UDP;

Familiar with MPLS-TP/MPLS architecture and BGP, OSPF, VRRP and other protocols;

Deeply understand L2/L3VPN Principle;

Familiar with the basic working principle, configuration and usage of routers and Layer 3 switches;

Responsible, adapt to technical service support work, and obey work arrangements.
