E-Commerce Key Account Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build, manage and develop long-term E-commerce relationships in order to achieve the targeted sales revenue by increasing the brand’s online presence.
- Lead and negotiate annual agreements with E-commerce partners.
- Develop plan, KPI and Goals to achieve for each E-commerce partner.
- Define and implement Go to Market strategy with cross functional teams (marketing, supply chain, IT, sales,…)
- Identify new E-commerce trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans.
- Prepare and present products proposals to future and current E-commerce partners.
- Handle specific sales events thanks to collected information from marketing department to enhance brand’s visibility and improve sales performance Analyze and interpret E-commerce partner’s sales report to identify strengths, weaknesses and business opportunities.
PROFESSIONAL Attribute
- Strong command of the English language (Upper-Intermediate or above);
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Kaspi, Ozon, Halyk) and digital sales channels.

Proficiency in data analysis and the use of tools like Excel, Analytics softwares, and CRM.

Advanced skills in preparing professional presentations using PowerPoint.

Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies is an advantage.

Experience in PSI (Production, Sales, and Inventory) Management, including planning and optimization.

More than 2 years relevant work experience in E-commerce.
