Administrative manager (Buying)
Location: Dubai
Responsibilities:
• Assistance with Buying and Sourcing Processes in the MENA Region:
-Requesting Samples: Coordinating with suppliers to request product samples for beauty and other categories, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
-Collaborating closely with the logistics team to facilitate smooth shipping of samples or product orders across the MENA region.
-Accumulating Paperwork for Montaji: Gathering and organizing all required documentation, including regulatory certificates and compliance paperwork, for the Montaji product registration process in relevant markets.
-Moving Brands Through the Pipeline with Ease: Efficiently managing the process of moving brands from initial sourcing through to final approval.
• Contract Management: Assisting with the preparation and arrangement of contracts.
• Presentations and Category Development:
-Assisting with the creation of presentations for new product categories, market trends, and business development opportunities.
-Supporting the development of order forms, ensuring they are clear, comprehensive, and aligned with both client and internal requirements.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree.
Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in procurement or administrative support.
Skills:
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in 1C and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Language: Fluent in English and Russian.
