Job duties:

• Recruitment for office and retail positions
• Adaptation process of new hires
• Building up training materials and holding HR trainings for personnel
• Management of HR Admin and Payroll provider and coordinating related procedures
• Performance management cycle organizing
• Internal communications organizing
• Analitics and relevant reporting
• Leading different HR projects
• Team management

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in telecom, retail industries from 3 years,
• 1C knowledge,
• Proficiency in English spoken and written,
• Can work under high pressure and rapidly changing environment,
• Result-oriented and problem solving attitude.
