Service Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Owner for manages maintenance service projects delivery, and takes responsibility for network security, customer satisfaction, business efficiency and internal control.
• Ensure the delivery quality, delivery efficiency, and baseline improvement, act as the coordinator with customers in terms of maintenance services, and give support to the FR in CC3.
• Deliver high-quality maintenance service to improve customer satisfaction, and ensure stable operation of customer networks, value added presentation of key actions, to support implementation of installed base operations and growth of service sales.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above;
• Uzbek/English/Russian speaking;
• Good communication skills for solution communication, key event value presentation to customer;
• Skills for word/ppt/excel to make efficiency work;
• Network maintenance experience for ICT domain, with basic knowledge for MBB/FBB/NFV/IT etc;
• Ability Build relationships with internal & external stakeholders, Manage a team & flexible to travel all over office.

Work Conditions:

• Work in the Tashkent office. Oybek metro station.
• Opening hours: 9: 00-18: 00 lunch 12: 30-13: 30
• Working days: 5/7 Monday - Friday
• Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
• Probation period: 3 months
• The working language is English.
