Procurement Manager

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for supplier qualification, selection and supplier management with the company's regulations:
• Develop, maintain, and implement procurement strategies for the responsible materials/services to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Obtain the business plan, assumptions, and risks, and prepare the project estimation for procurement part.

• Prepare the supplier selection strategy and review it by the project team, and handover the result to project team.

• Monitor the fulfillment process and help project team to solve the problems timely.

• Good command of Uzbek, English and Russian languages;
• Bachelor degree in accounting, finance and related fields;
• Be familiar with the material knowledge, product knowledge, and application scenarios of the responsible category, including specifications, usage, key evaluation indicators, techniques, procedures, and delivery processes.
• Basic commercial knowledge, including but not limited to international trade, contract clauses, compliance requirements, and business etiquette.
• Basic financial knowledge, be able to understand financial reports, and can apply the financial knowledge to negotiation, risk analysis, and trend judgment. Understand the basics of cost accounting.
• Only CVs submitted in English be acceptable.

Work Conditions:

• Work in the Tashkent office. Oybek metro station.
• Opening hours: 9: 00-18: 00 lunch 12: 30-13: 30
• Working days: 5/7 Monday - Friday
• Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
• Probation period: 3 months
• The working language is English.
• Knowledge of spoken English is required. The interview be held in English.
