We are an international contract research organization that has been helping pharmaceutical companies with the organization of research and market launch of innovative medicines and medical devices for more than 20 years. Our offices are located in 12 countries (Russia, USA, EU, India, China, etc.)

Responsibilities:

  • Keep in touch with clients via email, telephone, professional events and social networks in Russian and English;
  • Prepare and participate in professional industry events;
  • Processing incoming requests, emails, responses to website requests;
  • Planning and organization of meetings, teleconferences with clients;
  • Working with the client base in CRM;
  • Working with project budgets and creating proposals documents (Excel, Word);
  • Interaction with the team on various projects;
  • Maintaining social networks (SMM), content design and preparation;
  • Collection and systematization of necessary documents;
  • Filling out contracts and other documents;
  • Preparation and holding of presentations;
  • Conduct other administrative activities within business development department.

Requirements:

  • Advanced English – written and spoken;
  • MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Ability to complete tasks in an accurate and timely manner and to effectively manage multiple tasks, sense of urgency;
  • Initiative, proactivity, quick response to tasks;
  • Ability to communicate and establish contacts with people at various levels;
  • Ability to take responsibility;
  • Ability to work with a large amount of information;
  • Readiness for business trips (several times a year);
  • University degree.
