Job description: Accountable for Planning, organizing, monitoring and controlling procurement activities as per project objectives. Organizing control and report systems to monitor progress of all procurement activities to meet project objectives, verification of documents for compliance of proposals with the Customer's technical specifications. Registration and processing of the necessary documents, work with logistics. The counter of administrative affairs. HR department control. Participation in the financial activities of the organization. Interaction with the economic department of the organization. Analysis of up-to-date data on the progress of the project. Using different profiles of the probability distribution. Plans for expenses, income, cash flow of the project. Interim and final project reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree (Master Degree preferable) in Engineering (Economic);
- Experience not less than 5 (five) years in QA/QC, Procurement, Consulting, Project Management, Supply Chain in oil & gas industry;
- Good communication skills, ability to collaborate with team;
- Ability to read and analyze technical requirements, procedures, specifications, documentation;
- Strong knowledge (written and spoken) of English language;
- Chinese is welcomed
- Excellent Computer skills, proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, Windows.
