Responsibilities:
- Supporting Sales Team: Assisting the sales manager in leading, directing, and motivating the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve performance.
- Sales Planning and Strategy: Contributing to the development and implementation of sales plans and strategies to expand the customer base and increase market share.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintaining and building relationships with key customers and clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Training and Development: Assisting in the training and development of sales staff, providing guidance, support, and coaching to improve their skills and effectiveness.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis: Preparing sales reports, analyzing sales data, and presenting findings to the sales manager and senior management to inform decision-making.
- Inventory and Supply Management: Monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with the supply chain or logistics team to ensure product availability, and managing stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, staying informed about competitors' activities, and developing strategies to counteract competitive threats.
- Sales Operations: Overseeing the day-to-day sales operations, ensuring smooth processes, and addressing any issues or obstacles that may arise.
- Budget Management: Assisting in managing the sales budget, controlling expenses, and ensuring that sales activities are conducted within the allocated budget.
- Customer Feedback and Complaints: Handling customer feedback, complaints, and issues, ensuring they are resolved promptly and effectively to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments such as marketing, finance, and product development to ensure alignment and support for sales activities.
- Target Achievement: Assisting in setting sales targets for the team and ensuring that these targets are met or exceeded.
- Administrative Duties: Performing various administrative tasks related to sales activities, such as updating customer records, managing sales documentation, and handling correspondence.
Position requirements:
- Sales and Marketing Knowledge: Deep understanding of sales principles, strategies, and techniques.
- Customer Service Orientation: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship management.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with customers, team members, and senior management.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to assess sales data, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions promptly.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Conditions:
- Work 5/2 from 9:00 to 18:00
- Comfortable office in the city centre
