Lead Generation Manager
The Demand Generation Manager is a hybrid role that combines strategic demand generation with data-driven marketing operations to drive growth, efficiency, and effectiveness in B2B marketing efforts.
This role is responsible for managing end-to-end campaign execution, optimizing the marketing tech stack, ensuring data integrity, and continuously analyzing and refining customer acquisition funnels. The ideal candidate will be adept at both strategic planning and the technical aspects of marketing systems and analytics, working cross-functionally with sales, product, and analytics teams to deliver targeted, measurable campaigns that generate leads and revenue.
- Manage the marketing technology stack (CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms) and ensure seamless integrations and data flows.
- Maintain data quality and integrity across systems, leveraging insights to guide marketing strategy and enhance customer journey mapping.
- Track and report on key marketing metrics, funnel conversion, and ROI, providing actionable insights to improve performance; Measure and report on the success of all lead gen initiatives utilizing key KPIs.
- Develop and optimize marketing programs based on business objectives, target audience insights, and competitive research.
- Activate marketing automation and CRM tools to track campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize tactics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and partners to align lead gen strategies with overall business objectives
- Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions. Segment email lists and tailor campaigns for specific customer segments
Required Skills:
- Experience in B2B demand generation and marketing operations, particularly in enterprise settings.
- Proficiency with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Apollo), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on metrics and ROI optimization.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
