An IT company with worldwide presence needs an assistant to support two owners residing in different countries.

Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out business communication and correspondence, primarily in English,
  • Coordinating business events and meetings, as required,
  • Collecting, analyzing, and organizing information as requested by executives,
  • Arranging travel, visas, passports, and residence permits for executives and their families, including document preparation and processing,
  • Addressing personal requests from executives,
  • Managing administrative and daily tasks,
  • Preparing documentation and working with contracts.

Our expectations from candidates:

  • Great proficiency in business communication within an international context,
  • Efficiency in problem-solving even in seemingly impossible scenarios,
  • Able to speak and write English fluently (Russian also is a must),
  • Hold a higher level of education,
  • Available to be constantly in touch,
  • Willingness to travel for business-related purposes,
  • High work efficiency,
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in utilizing different booking services, agencies etc.

Conditions:

  • Remote or hybrid work format from Cyprus
  • Yearly paid vacation, paid sick leave
