Lead Gen Specialist
Overview
PSA Development Center, a US owned company, is looking for a Pre-Sales/Lead Generation Specialist. You will be responsible for generating leads through phone calls, social media and emails. We provide the tools to enable you to secure leads, work in tandem with our global team and be rewarded for success. This position’s focus is the U.S. market; thus, ability to communicate in English is crucial.
Note: Interview will be conducted in English by native speakers.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying new sales leads using an online database.
- Making initial contact with potential clients on LinkedIn, via email, phone and sending follow-ups on status.
- Cold calling to prospective clients.
- Conducting customer research.
- Maintaining connections with prospects daily via various forms of outreach.
- Transition of prospective client to a sales manager.
- Filling in and updating data in a CRM system (Salesforce) and following the process.
- Setting up calls with clients and documenting meetings.
Requirements:
- English level: B2-C1.
- Fearless to cold calling.
- Experience in lead generation or sales in IT industry.
- Ability to clearly articulate a message both in verbal and written communication.
- Solid knowledge of MS (Outlook, Teams, etc.).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity domain will be a plus.
