Sales Development Representative
JetRuby Agency is a San Francisco-based international software development and business consulting company. We specialize in web and mobile development, serving clients in FinTech, FoodTech, HealthCare, AgriTech, and Education. With 150+ in-house engineers, we’ve launched over 250 projects worldwide, working with customers in 24 countries. We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a proven track record on lead generation and sales. Your key objective is to generate SQLs (sales qualified leads) via Upwork and LinkedIn, and to independently conduct sales video calls with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform in-depth research to source high-potential clients on LinkedIn and Upwork aligning with company objectives.
• Craft and submit tailored offers (offering) that address the specific needs of prospective clients.
• Maintain clear and professional written communication with potential clients, ensuring consistent engagement.
• Act as the liaison between the lead generation and sales teams, ensuring the timely transfer of leads and smooth coordination between departments.
• Independently conduct sales video calls with prospective clients, presenting our services and negotiating potential partnerships.
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in lead generation through different sources (LinkedIn, Upwork), with demonstrable success in client acquisition.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey value propositions clearly and persuasively.
• Confidence and professionalism in conducting video sales calls with international clients.
• Proficiency in English at a minimum of B2 level, with C1 fluency preferred to engage with international clients confidently.
