Web Designer

An experienced Web Designer is required for an international digital fintech project Owner.One (mobile/web applications, Web 3.0) to work on a promising B2C/C2C digital product in the field of personal asset management (managing private assets and working with them) for UHNWI/HNWI level users. As a Web Designer, you will be directly involved in the design and enhancement of the project, ensuring the highest quality of user experience, providing innovative and visually compelling design solutions for the product, collaborating within the team to prioritize tasks to ensure efficiency and productivity, and engaging with our clients professionally and positively.

The main responsibilities of the position include:

• Turn requirements into design ideas/mock-ups and present them accordingly
• Work closely with Copywriters, UI/UX designers and internal teams in creating and designing the promotional and marketing material for the company’s needs both online and offline
• Design digital features for products
• Design promotional material for digital campaigns such as web banners, landing pages, social media visuals, infographics, and educational related guides
• Design for the company’s product updates, such as additional website pages, new sections, icon sets and component libraries
• Ensure finalised designs are visually engaging, are on-brand and meet the designated media type requirements, legal and copyright standards, processes and procedures
• Cooperate with external associates for the production of marketing, advertising and promotional material
• Keep up-to-date with recent technological and software development within the web and graphics design field.

Main requirements:

• Degree in Web or/and Graphic Design
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar position. Experience in the financial services, fintech or advertising agencies is considered a plus
• Portfolio of at least 2 completed design projects (only applications accompanied by a relevant work portfolio will be taken into consideration)
• Experience in Digital Product Design (websites and mobile apps)
• Proficient knowledge of design software such as Figma (Sketch or InVision) and Adobe Suite (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)
• Strong aesthetics and graphic design skills
• Creative and passionate about graphic/web design
• Ability to work well within a team as well as autonomously
• Strong prioritisation and time management skills
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Very good knowledge of English.
• Specify preferred project management tools (optional): If your use specific project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Clickup), you can mention them as a plus.
• Keep up-to-date with recent technological and software development within the web and graphics design field.
• To showcase your design expertise, please include a portfolio of your past projects with your application and some examples of banners ( figma, behance etc).
