Our client is an international Digital Agency looking for an Office Manager in Limassol, Cyprus.

The main responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations: procurement of supplies and ensuring a well-organized workspace;

  • Communicate with courier services;

  • Organize business travel: visas, tickets, hotels, and transportation;

  • Coordinate corporate events and team-building activities, including liaising with vendors;

  • Conduct research and gather information as requested by management, compile data in spreadsheets, and provide analytics.

What we expect:

  • Experience in a similar role (Office Manager, Personal Assistant, HR Operations, HR Assistant, Travel Manager);

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities;

  • Conversational English is required, Greek language skills are a plus.
