Office Manager (Limassol)
Our client is an international Digital Agency looking for an Office Manager in Limassol, Cyprus.
The main responsibilities:

Manage office operations: procurement of supplies and ensuring a well-organized workspace;

Communicate with courier services;

Organize business travel: visas, tickets, hotels, and transportation;

Coordinate corporate events and team-building activities, including liaising with vendors;

Conduct research and gather information as requested by management, compile data in spreadsheets, and provide analytics.
What we expect:

Experience in a similar role (Office Manager, Personal Assistant, HR Operations, HR Assistant, Travel Manager);

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities;

Conversational English is required, Greek language skills are a plus.
