UCCA Regional Sales Manager

The UCCA Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for implementing the sales strategy for all countries of the UCCA region to achieve the set sales and margin plans, organizing and managing the sales team within the company’s strategy in the region with sales excellence required performance parameters.

· Developing and implementing strategies to grow and expand the company brands sales in the region in cooperation with the UCCA Regional Director and the Regional Managers dedicated to different roles (Marketing Manager, Job Site Solutions Manager).
· Overseeing all aspects of the company's operations in the region
· Achieving sales targets and market share growth in the country with expected profitability and cost control,
· Development of the sales team in terms of required competencies, performance parameters of work,
· Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including business partners and final customers
· Leading, motivating and managing a high performing team (direct reports and in matrix organization) with regular field work with subordinates and customers (ca 50% of time)

· Fluency in Russian AND English
