SMS Routing & Quality Analyst

We are looking for SMS Routing & Quality Analyst to join our global team.
You will be working in the team of experienced engineers, providing outstanding performance, ensuring that SMS operations are achieving high performance by analyzing and monitoring the quality of delivery of the SMS and performing the necessary routing actions.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain main and backup routes for destinations with same quality and features;
• Understanding the local and international rules and nuances of routing and delivery in assigned countries and regions;
• Develop and categorize routes based on different types of Products (Premium – Direct – HQ – etc.);
• Generate quality index reports per country/product/client to analyze and investigate the root cause of delivery failures, take corrective actions to enhance performance;
• Second point of contact for sales internally and partners externally;
• Apply regular testing to Live routes and the alternatives to assure meeting quality standards;
• Automate and optimize testing processes within available tools/systems;
• Monitor live traffic/routes in terms of delivery and timing, take corrective route changes in case of deficiency or service degradation;
• Monitor Spam traffic and take proactive actions;
• Monitor different traffic rules – filters, take corrective actions on system to ensure full execution;
• Optimize routing cost on various messaging products by analyzing cost structure of destinations, identifying best possible cost compared to available quality and taking actions by changing service provider according to analysis outcome;
• Ongoing communication with sales, procurement teams.
We will work together if you have:
• 3-5 years of experience in the global A2P messaging ecosystem, with in-depth knowledge of global telecom regulations and international A2P SMS market rates;
• Alaris Labs platform experience preferable;
• Strong computer skills, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/PBI will be great;
• Excellent interpersonal skills with high initiative, flexibility, and team approach to work;
• Acute attention to detail and well-developed organization and time management skills;
• Ability to work extremely carefully with numbers, with a very large number of figures;
• Strong desire to provide creative solutions to improve processes;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize appropriately and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
