Project Manager / Business Analyst

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in project management and business analysis to join our RichBrains team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders from the USA/CA/UK/EU markets to develop cost-effective and impactful software solutions, ensuring alignment with their objectives and strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, fostering strong communication and collaboration;
• Elicit, analyze, and refine business and technical requirements for project success;
• Develop comprehensive project plans, release roadmaps, and prioritize tasks based on business goals and needs;
• Manage team workload and coordinate internal resources for optimal project delivery;
• Plan, monitor, and adjust project activities as needed for successful execution;
• Lead and guide team activities within an agile framework;
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring deadlines, costs, and quality are met.

Requirements:

• At least 1,5 years of experience in a relevant position;
• Demonstrated ability to perform market and competitor analysis, road-mapping, and feature prioritization;
• A thorough understanding of Agile methodologies, including Kanban and Scrum frameworks;
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
• Fluent written and spoken English (Advanced level).
